The hearing was opened at 6:00 PM by Roy Allen.

Alan Curtis presented the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 budget with the following numbers:
REVENUES
Expected Property Tax Revenues: $178,570.00
Temporary Levy Increase: $500,000.00
Fire Inspections: $7,910.00
Base Sales Tax: $4,664.00
Property Tax Replacement: $2,253.00
Emergency Contingency Fund: $95,000.00
Total Revenues: $788,397.00
EXPENDITURES
Business Expenses: $14,600.00
Capital Purchases: $311,452.00
Information Technology: $1,200.00
Insurance – Liability, D&O: $5,000.00
Payroll: $125,004.00
Professional Services: $20,000.00
Supplies: $5,000.00
Travel/Meetings: $10,000.00
Operating Reserves: $35,741.00
Fire Department: $165,400.00
Emergency Contingency Expense: $95,000.00
Total Expenditures: $788,397.00
ACTION ITEM – A motion was made by Alan Curtis and seconded by Debra Shell to approve the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Budget. The motion passed unanimously. The public was given the opportunity to comment.
A motion was made by Roy Allen and seconded by Alan Curtis to close the hearing at 6:05 PM
