Meeting was opened by Roy Allen at 7:00 PM.

Roll call – Roy Allen, Alan Curtis, Debra Shell

ACTION ITEMS:

· A motion was made by Alan Curtis and seconded by Debra Shell to approve the agenda. The motion passed unanimously.

· The budget hearing for the FY2020-2021 budget will be on August 19, 2020 at 6 PM. The budget will be published in the Idaho State Journal on August 9, 2020.

· A motion was made by Alan Curtis and seconded by Debra Shell to accept the modifications of the FY2020-2021 budget. The motion passed unanimously.

· A motion was made by Alan Curtis and seconded by Debra Shell to adjourn the meeting at 8:30 PM. The motion passed unanimously.
