BUDGET MEETING MINUTES

NBFD Fire Station – 444 E. Chubbuck Road

August 25, 2022 @ 5:30pm

1. OPEN MEETING - Commissioner Shell opened the meeting at 5:31pm.

2. ROLL CALL - Commissioners Shell, Johnson, and Curtis, Chief Brood and Secretary Ramirez attended the meeting.

3. ACTION ITEMS:

   1. Approval of agenda - Commissioner Curtis made a motion and was seconded by Commissioner Johnson to approve the agenda. The motion passed unanimously.

   2. Public comment/questions on the proposed budget - No one from the public attended in person or online.

   3. Approval of 2022-2023 District Budget

      1. Commissioner Curtis showed the other commissioners the county L2 statement to verify the tax levy numbers that were on the budget.

      2. Commissioner Johnson made a motion and was seconded by Commissioner Curtis to approve the Fiscal Year 2023 budget. The motion passed unanimously.

4. ADJOURNMENT - Commissioner Johnson made a motion and was seconded by Commissioner Curtis to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously and the meeting closed at 5:35pm.
