SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

NBFD Fire Station – 444 E. Chubbuck Road

July 20, 2022 @ 5:30pm

1. OPEN MEETING - Meeting opened by Commissioner Curtis at 5:32pm.

2. ROLL CALL - Commissioner Johnson, Commissioner Curtis, Chief Brood, and Secretary Ramirez attended the meeting.

3. ACTION ITEMS:

   1. Approval of agenda - Commissioner Curtis made a motion and was seconded by Commissioner Johnson to approve the agenda. The motion passed unanimously.

   2. Appoint Vice President of the Board of Commissioners - Commissioner Curtis made a motion and was seconded by Commissioner Johnson to appoint Commissioner Johnson as Vice President of the Board. The motion passed unanimously.

   3. Read and approve resolution to accept the redistricting map - Resolution 2022-04 was read into the record. Commissioner Curtis made a motion and was seconded by Commissioner Johnson to approve resolution 2022-04 . The motion passed unanimously.

   4. Approve amended purchase agreement for property purchase

      1. There is a question as to whether the sellers have full control over the property or whether there is a family group ownership or trust.

      2. Commissioner Curtis made a motion and was seconded by Commissioner Johnson to approve the amended purchase agreement as received from the attorney. The motion passed unanimously.

      3. Resolution 2022-05 was read into the record. Commissioner Curtis made a motion and was seconded by Commissioner Johnson to approve resolution 2022-05. The motion passed unanimously.

4. PUBLIC COMMENT - No one from the public attended.

5. ADJOURNMENT - Commissioner Curtis made a motion and was seconded by Commissioner Johnson to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously and the meeting closed at 5:53pm.
